Booking the space at Ms. Chester's means you (referenced below as "booker") agree to the following Terms & Conditions:


Liability Release:

The booker agrees that the owner/manager/long-term rental occupant of the space shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the use of the premises.


Respectful Conduct:

Users of the space are expected to treat the premises, equipment, and fellow occupants with respect and courtesy. Failure to do so may lead to the withdrawal of space usage privileges.


Damage Liability:

Booker accepts full responsibility for any damage caused to the space premises or its contents. In the event of damage totaling $50 or more, the booker agrees to cover the costs of repair or replacement.


Security and Access:

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of the space. Keys should be safeguarded, not shared with unauthorized individuals, replaced when booker leaves, and door should be locked.


Refunds and Cancellation:

Payment is non-refundable; however, in the event of a cancellation by either party, the paid amount can be applied towards a future booking.


Personal Belongings:

The owner/manager/long-term rental occupant of this space is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.


Compliance with Laws:

Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies while using the space.


Termination of Agreement:

The owner/manager/long-term rental occupant reserves the right to terminate this agreement and deny access to anyone not abiding by these terms and conditions. If for some reason the space becomes unavailable a refund will be issued.



The booker agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the owner/manager/long-term rental occupant of the space from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the space.


By booking and submitting payment for the space, the booker acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in termination of access and potential legal consequences.
